I spent a few days in New Orleans visiting my brother & his family. Prior to hurricane Katrina, he and his wife lived in the Upper 9th Ward, escaping devastation to their home by about 1 inch. There were many repairs to make, but with time and help, Jason got the home repaired & put it up for rent. He now lives in the Westbank area, out of the flood plain.
